摘要
针对在CVT系统失效模式影响及严重度分析过程中,由于评价指标的模糊性,难以给出准确有效的分析结果这一问题,利用模糊数学工具,将失效模式影响及严重度分析中的定性评价指标予以定量化,包括建立因素集、建立因素水平集、建立模糊因素水平评价矩阵、确定各影响因素权重集、一级模糊综合评价、综合危害等级确定、多级模糊综合评价等基本步骤。以CVT机械系统的失效模式影响及严重度分析为例,对CVT机械系统的各种失效模式进行了综合模糊评估,取得了较好的分析结果。
During reliability analysis of CVT,many evaluation indexes are fuzzy,so it is difficult to give credible and accurate analysis results;in order to resolve this problem,the fuzzy math tool is introduced to quantify the evaluation indexes which include factor set,factor level set,fuzzy factor level evaluation matrix,first grade fuzzy synthetical evaluation etc.And then taking the mechanical system of CVT as an example,the main failure modes were evaluated,and the analysis results are good.
