在我国高职高专教育进入快速发展的大背景下,山东电力高等专科学校适应电力企业改革的趋势,突破约束,初步建立起了产学研一体化的办学模式。在资源整合、师资培养、实践平台等方面不断探索,经过近八年的实践,高素质工科应用性人才培养初见成效。笔者认为,各学校应因地制宜,结合本地、本行业的需要和特点,进行制度创新,促进产学研融合,以师资保障教学质量,以实践平台保障人才质量。

Under the background of the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in China, a school - running model of learning - research - production integration is initially established in Shandong Higher college of Electric Power in order to adapt to the electric power business enterprise reform and break through the boundaries. It proves effective results in cultivating engineering talents with high quality after more than a decade＇s praetiee in resource integration, faculty training and practical platform construction. This papers thus suggests that every college should take the measures of adaptation to local conditions to combine the necessities and characteristics of the local place and the local industry to carry out the system innovation so as to promote the learning- research- production integration and grantee the teaching quality based on faculty quality and the talents quality relying in practice platform.
