摘要
目前,民办高校已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,但民办高校教师的权利保护得不到应有的重视,究其原因,民办高校及其教师法律地位、民办高校与教师法律关系定位的模糊是其中十分重要因素。本文对此进行探讨。
Nowadays, private college or university has become one of the important parts in higher education However, protection of teacher＇s right in private educational system doesn＇t obtain correspondent regards in China. from relevant departments on account of imperfect legislation construction. A deep investigation to its very cause shows the fuzzy positioning of both higher education institution and its faculty on their respective legal status and their legal relationship is one of the reasons. The paper mainly focuses on this topic and makes discussions.
