摘要
改革开放30年来,随着经济社会的快速发展以及高等教育改革,我国高等教育教学改革政策经过了多次适应性变革。实践证明,我国高校教学改革政策之所以能持续推进、成效突出,根本原因在于高校教学制度环境的创新。因此,制度创新是理解当前我国高校教学改革成就与问题的关键。
Since the adoption of reform and opening - up policy, the teaching reform policy of China' s higher education has undergone several adaptable changes with the fast development of social economy and the reform of university teaching in the past 30 years. Practice has proved the continuous advancement and outstanding achievement of China's university teaching reform is mainly due to the innovation of the university teaching system. Therefore, system innovation is the key to understanding the achievement and problems of the university teaching reform in current China.
