专业认证制度实施中的“路径依赖性”分析

On Path Dependence in the Implementation of Professional Programmatic Accreditation System

鉴于我国对于专业认证制度的理论研究已取得一定的成果,但在实践中仍没取得突破性的进展。本文从制度变迁的路径依赖理论着手,在利益相关者的框架下分析了专业认证制度实施中存在路径依赖的原因,并在此基础上提出克服路径依赖,实现专业认证制度的对策,以便为我国专业认证制度的实现提供一定理论和建议。

There still hasn＇ t made any breakthrough in practice, although certain achievements in theoretical study of professional programmatic accreditation system have been attained in China. According to the correlative theory of path dependence in the changes of system, this paper analyses the reason of the path dependence in the implementation of professional programmatic accreditation system in a framework of stakeholder, and provides the approaches to deal with path dependence and achieve professional programmatic accreditation system aiming to offer some scientific theory and proposals to implement professional programmatic accreditation system in China.
