摘要
本文尝试建立高校教育服务公平评价模型。在访谈和半开放式问卷调查的基础上,编制高校教育服务公平评价问卷,并对问卷进行项目分析、因子分析和信效度检验。结果表明,高校教育服务公平评价模型包括程序气氛公平、人际互动公平、信息沟通公平、教学服务公平、后勤服务公平、个人成就公平6个维度,26项指标。评价问卷具有良好的项目特性,信度和效度测量指标均达到了比较满意的水平。
This paper attempts to establish a model of education service fairness in universities. A questionnaire for education service fairness in universities was developed based on literature review, in-depth interviews and open questionnaires. The results of item analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis suggest that the model of education service fairness in universities contains 6 dimensions of procedural justice, interactional justice, informational justice, teaching justice, logistic justice and achievement justice, and 26 items. The questionnaire with favorable items characteristics has reached relatively satisfactory level on measurement indicators' reliability and validity.
