摘要
机械式制冷已是矿井热害治理的主要措施,冰输冷矿井空调系统是机械式制冷的发展趋势。本文首先论述了冰输冷的优越性及冰输冷矿井空调系统的运行方式及特点。其次,从能量角度出发,对冰输冷矿井空调系统的运行经济性进行了分析。最后,分析了冰输冷矿井空调系统的薄弱环节和改进方法,揭示了系统中的能量损失的原因所在,并为冰输冷矿井空调系统的优化设计提出了指导性建议。
Mechanical refrigeration is the main measure for the mine heat-hazard treatment and so mine air-conditioning system with ice transporting cold is the developing trend of mechanical refrigeration.Firstly, the advantage of the ice transporting cold and the system operation and characteristics are discussed. Secondly, from the perspective of energy, the economic operation of the system is analyzed. At last, the weak links and improving methods of the system are analyzed, the causes of the energy loss of system is Revealed, and the guided suggestions are proposed for the system optimum design.
