摘要
对室温固化的聚氨酯修补胶进行了双组分合成,并对破损输送带进行了现场修复试验,同时采用光学显微镜对黏合界面进行观察,结果发现,采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯/天然橡胶接枝聚合物对橡胶表面处理后,能够在橡胶表面形成均匀、平稳的中间过渡层,黏合强度达到7.62 N/mm,为未接枝改性修补强度的6.1倍,优于市售聚氨酯PR-B胶带修补胶黏合效果。
The polyurethane repair adhesive solidified at room temperature is synthesized with two-component and applied to the damged conveyor belt in on-spot repairing test.Through observing the bonding interface by optical microscope, it is found that an uniform and smooth intermediate layer is formed on the rubber surface, if the rubber surfac is treatted with the methyl methacrylate/grafted natural rubber copolymer. The adhesion strength of the polyurethane repair adhesive can reach 7.62 N/ mm, which is 6.1 times of the un-grafted modification. The adhesive effect is superior to the commercial polyurethane PR-B repair adhesive.
