摘要
根据三级带式输送机的生产控制要求,开发设计了基于三菱PLC的控制系统程序。在设计过程中,介绍了三级带式输送机的控制和工作流程,对PLC进行了选型,给出了PLC输入输出接线图,绘制了控制系统工作状态流程图,并编写了控制程序语句指令表。
Depending on the requirements of production control of the three step belt conveying system and based on Mitsubishi PLC, a program of the control system is developed and designed. The control process and working procedure of the trigeminy belt conveyor system are both described. The PLC type is selected. The input and output wiring diagrams of PLC are presented. The working state flow diagram of control system is drawn. And the sentence repertoire of control is programmed.
