摘要脑利钠肽在心力衰竭的诊断治疗中已得到广泛应用。新近研究表明，脑利钠肽是孤立性心房颤动的独立预测因子，并可用于心房颤动合并器质性心脏病的预后评估。应用脑利钠肽评估心房颤动时，应注意其他疾病因素对脑利钠肽的影响。 Brain natriuretic peptide （ BNP） is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, some new researchs have indicated that BNP is a predictor of lone atrial fibrillation （AF） and can predict the outcomes of AF patients with organic heart diseases. While evaluating the prognosis of AF with BNP, the influence of other diseases on BNP should be measured.
