腹膜外腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植治疗输尿管下段狭窄32例报告

Extraperistoneal laparoscopic ureterovesical reimplantation for ureter Stricture and ectopic ureterostoma

目的探讨腹膜外腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植术的可行性及临床意义。方法对32例输尿管下段狭窄(包括5例重复肾输尿管异位开口者)均采用腹膜外腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植术。结果32例手术均获成功;手术耗时92～155min,术中出血20-50m1,术后3～5天拔引流管,手术后一个月拔除双J管;术后随访3～12个月,无吻合口狭窄和肾积水。结论腹膜外腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植治疗输尿管狭窄和重复输尿管异位开口是可行的,具有创伤小、恢复快的优点,符合泌尿外科医师的手术习惯。

Objective To introduce the new technique of extraperitoneal laparoscopic ureterovesical reimplantation and evaluate its feasibility and clinical significance. Methods Overall 32 cases of ureter stricture, including 5 cases of renal duplication were operated by extraperitoneal laparoscopic ureterovesical reimplantation. Results The operations were all successful. Operation time was 92-155 minutes.Blood loss was 20 to 50ml.The drainage tubes remained for 3-5days.Double J stents were removed 1-2 month after surgery.3-12 months follow-up showed no stenostomia and hydronephrosis. Conclusions Extraperitoneal laparoscopic ureterovesical reimplantation for Ureter Stricture and ectopic ureterostoma if feasible,mimimally invasive and rapid recovery.This technique is consistent with the urologist＇s operation custom.
