摘要
目的观察脑梗死患者及健康成人外周血清可溶性CD40L(sCD40L)的变化,以便为病情的预后评估提供指标。方法应用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法分别对脑梗死组40例,健康对照组30例血清sCD40L检测。结果急性脑梗死组在发病48h内sCD40L水平明显高于健康对照(P<0.05),且与病情的轻重程度相关。结论血清可溶性CD40L升高是评估急性脑缺血的可靠的血清学指标。
Objective To investigate the level of the expression of CD40L of blood serum in patients with cerebral infarction in order to provide new index for the evaluation of prognosis. Methods Totally 30 normal controls and 40 patients with cerebral infarction were selected in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from January to May 2005.The levels of the expression CD40L was analyzed the serum sCD40L levels were measured by enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The levels of sCD40L in the patients with cerebral infarction groups were higher than that in control group in 48 hours （P〈0.01） and showed significant difference between cerebral infarction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enhanced level of serum sCD40L is a reliable prognostic index for acute cerebral isehemia and it may represent a marker of disease contition.
