摘要 玲珑金矿255新巷道塌陷区岩体运用水泥-水玻璃双液注浆及锚固技术进行改造增强加固。通过对注浆前后现场大量实测资料和巷道断面及底板变形监测数据进行统计分析,发现处于采动影响的坚硬围岩、浅埋巷道围岩变形具有阶段性和可恢复性特征,巷道围岩变形经历稳定—急剧变形—缓慢变形—变形恢复4个阶段。此外,注浆后,巷道底臌减缓、原下沉逐步恢复,两帮收缩量趋于稳定,充分证明了巷道注浆效果良好,支护设计合理。 The new 255 main transport tunnel in the collapsed area of Linglong gold mine was reinforced with the cement-sodium silicate grouting and bolting technology. Through statistic analysis of measurement and monitoring data of tunnel section, floor deformation fore-and-aft grouting, at the situation of mining influence, the deformation of hardness and shallow buried tunnel surrounding rock presented us staged and recoverable characters. And the deformation experienced four phases, i.e. stable, rapid, slow and recoverable phases. In addition, tunnel floor heave was slower, roof subsidence was recoverable, and walls shrink tended to stability after grouting. All of these proved that the grouting and support pattern design was reasonable.
