摘要 针对目前黄金矿石氧化焙烧工艺存在的金回收率低以及污染严重的问题,基于焙烧机理,开发了一种新型焙烧工艺,并分析了其优势。在此基础上,设计了原矿处理能力为2000 t/d的含砷金矿石焙烧系统。该系统采用竖炉进行原矿焙烧,缩短了工艺流程;采用高温空气焙烧克服了沸腾炉焙烧系统中氧浓度低导致的焙烧不充分问题;采用蓄热室换热技术,提高能源利用率;并减少了污染物排放。 To address the low recovery rate and serious pollution problems in gold ore oxidizing roasting process and based on the roasting mechanism, a new type of roasting process has been developed and its advantages have been analyzed. On this basis, an arsenic-containing gold ore roasting system with the processing capacity of 2 000t./d has been designed. Firstly, a shaft furnace is used for ore roasting in the system, which shortens the flowsheet. Secondly, the high temperature air roasting has overcome the problem that the roasting is inadequate in the fluid bed furnace system caused by low oxygen concentration. Finally, the regenerator heat transfer technology is used to increase energy efficiency and reduce pollution emissions in this system.
