摘要
本文推导出内压作用下整体多层包扎容器平封头端部边缘应力表达式,得到了边缘应力的分布规律。根据端部所呈现的应力分布规律,提出了确定端部合理结构型式的方法。本文通过对一台试验小容器进行应力测试,理论值与实测值较为吻合。本文解决了这种新型多层容器结构强度上的薄弱环节,对该容器的安全可靠性具有重要意义。
In this paper, the formula of the boundary stress and regulation of distribution in the end of layer plates under inside pressure is derived. According to the regulation of axial stress distribution, a way to design the rational end construction is given. By testing a small multi layer wrapped experiment vessel, the experiment value is rather tally with the theory value.The question of strength of the multi-layer wrapper pressure vessel is solved, which has im portant significance to safe reliability of pressure vessel
