摘要 根据材料的抗冲击磨损机制,研制出了一种具有良好抗冲击磨损性能的TKCE50堆焊焊条,其材料为Fe-Mn-Cr-Mo-V合金系。经过冲击磨损试验、硬度测试及金相显微分析,并与传统的高锰钢焊条D256进行对比分析,结果表明:所研制的TKCE50堆焊焊条具有较高的韧性、抗裂性及优异的加工硬化性能,TKCE50堆焊层硬度比D256焊条的高出很多;抗冲击磨料磨损性能十分突出,D256焊条堆焊层金属磨损自身质量损失是TKCE50焊条的2倍多。本文探讨了合金元素Cr,Mo,V对焊条熔敷金属耐磨机理的影响规律。 Using H08A cored wire,the TKCE50 electrode with classical hardfacing electrode D256 was compared in this paper.The effects of hardness,wear resistance,performance of work-hardening after impact and the effect of alloy elements on the hardfacing layers were studied by means of impact wear test,hardness test and microstructure analysis.The results showed that the hardfacing electrode with Fe-Mn-Cr-Mo-V alloy system had high malleability,resistance to cracking and work-hardening properties,especially the performance of impact wear-resistant was excellent.With the increasing of contents of Cr,Mo,V,the hardness of end face increases,when it reached some numbers,the degree of increasing became stable.After impact by 9 000 times,the working-hardening degree reached its top,the wearing mass was the lowest and the wear-resistance was the best at this time.
