十枣汤治疗四肢新鲜骨折肿胀疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Shizaotang Decoction on Swelling induced by Acute Fracture of Extremities

为观察十枣汤治疗四肢新鲜骨折后肿胀的疗效,将140例四肢新鲜骨折后肿胀的患者随机分为两组,分别采用十枣汤和消肿散治疗,进行疗效评价。结果:两组显效率比较有显著性差别(χ2=37.17,P<0.01)。说明十枣汤治疗四肢新鲜骨折肿胀的疗效明显优于消肿散。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Shizaotang decoction in the treatment of swelling induced by acute fracture of extremities. Methods： A total of 140 patients with acute fracture of extremities were randomly divided into treatment group （ 100 patients） and control group （40 patients） . Patients in treatment group administered Shizaotang decoction, and patients in control group took Xiaozhongsan powder. Comparison of curative effects between Shizaotang decoction and Xiaozhongsan powder were made. Results： Significant difference was found between the two groups （x^2=37.17, P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion： The effect of Shizaotang decoction is better than that of Xiaozhongsan powder in the treatment of swelling induced by acute fracture of extremities.
