摘要
在知识经济时代,知识型员工成为确立企业竞争优势的最重要的资源。我国民营企业如何保有和管理知识型员工已成为在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势的关键。所以,民营企业应根据知识型员工的特点,通过实施差异化管理、创造良好的环境、建立有效的激励机制、尊重其价值取向等有效途径,强化知识型员工的管理。
In the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge workers become the precious resources of keeping enterprises competitive. So the management of this kind of staff is the key to the success of private enterprises. In order to strengthen the management of knowledge employees, this paper proposes private enterprises should take the following ways: adopt different management measures, create sound environment, set up effective incentive mechanism and respect different kinds of values of staff.
