成人教育发展面临的危机与对策研究

成人高校通过改革加快了成人教育的发展速度,其发展有目共瞩。然而,受传统办学观念制约以及市场经济的冲击,成人教育又面临着发展中的危机,包括生源危机、认识"边缘化"、质量缺失严重等。因此,成人高校必须更新成人教育观念、规范教学过程、服务健全质量评价体系,以化解危机,促进成人教育的和谐、科学发展。

Adult colleges and universities speed up the development pace of its development through reform. However, under the traditional concept of school as well as the constraints of the market economy the development of adult education is faced with a crisis： including student crisis, understanding marginalization, a serious lack of quality, and so on. As a result, adult colleges and universities must adopt new ideas, norms of the teaching process, and improve service quality evaluation system in order to defuse the crisis and promote adult education in a scientific and harmonious development.
