目前,成人高等学校对学生全方位的政治思想教育,客观上成为成人高等教育中的一个薄弱环节,主要反映在成人教育行政管理部门存在片面性;成人教育学院政工队伍薄弱;任课教师及班主任忽视思想教育;学员重知识,轻个人的品行、思想政治修养;课程设置偏重专业,忽视政治课;教材编写重视专业、技能,忽视思想政治内容体系更新。所以,成人高校应在分析成高学生特点及影响学生学习发展因素的基础上,采取不同的方式方法做好成人大学生的思想政治工作。

At present, the full range of political and ideological education of the adult college students has objectively become a weak link in adult higher education. It is mainly reflected in the administrative department of adult education. The political work force is weak, and the teachers often ignore ideological education. The students pay attention to the importance of knowledge, ignore personal conduct and the ideological and political training. The institute emphasis on professional lessons, ignore the political class. The teaching materials focus on the preparation of careers and skills, while ignore to update the content of the ideological and political system. Therefore, adult colleges and universities should analyze the characteristics of adult students＇ learning and development factors and adopt different ways and means to do a good job of ideological and political work.
