摘要 通过正交设计研究了制备工艺(转速、温度、时间)对PVC/ABS合金聚集态结构与性能的影响。结果表明:转速和温度对合金ABS分散相的粒径尺寸及分布影响最大,时间对PVC/ABS合金冲击强度影响最大,温度因素对PVC/ABS合金的拉伸强度影响最大。当转速为60r/min,温度为190℃,时间为220s时,制备的PVC/ABS合金具有较理想聚集态结构和优异的综合力学性能。 The effects of preparation technology (revolution speed, temperature, time) on the aggregation structure and performance of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) /acrylnitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) alloy were studied by means of orthogonal design. The results showed the speed and temperature had the greatest effects on the particle size and distribution of the ABS dispersed phase in the alloy, the time had the greatest effect on the impact strength of the alloy, and the temperature had the greastest effect on the tensile strength of the alloy. When the speed was 60 rpm, temperature was 190 ℃ and mixing time was 220 s, the prepared PVC/ABS alloy had better aggregation structure and excellent mechanical properties.
