摘要
采用L9(34)正交实验设计,研究PVC类型、填充剂粒径大小,硅油种类和用量多个因素对PVC增塑糊黏度及其稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:初级粒子粒径较大、表面较规则的微悬浮法糊树脂制得的增塑糊初始黏度最小,黏度稳定性较好;填充剂粒径大小与PVC增塑糊黏度成正比,粒径越大,糊初始黏度越大,粒径大小对糊的稳定性影响大致相同;100mPa.s硅油体系下增塑糊初始黏度较低,50mPa.s硅油体系下糊黏度稳定性较好;硅油加入0.6份时糊初始黏度较低,0.4份时糊黏度稳定性较好。
The effects of the variety of polyvinyl chloride ( PVC), the particle diameter of filler, and the variety and content of silicone fluid on the paste viscosity and stability of PVC plastisol were studied by means of L9 (3^4)orthogonal experimental design. The results indicated the plastisol system with suspension paste resin which had larger primary particle size and more regular surface had smaller initial viscosity and better stability. Filler particle size and plasticized PVC paste were proportional to viscosity, the greater the diameter, the greater the initial viscosity of the plastisol, the effects of the particle diameter on the stability were roughly the same. The plasticized system by 100 mPa · s silicone fluid had lower initial viscosity, and the plasticized system by 50 mPa · s silicone oil had better viscosity stability. When the content of the silicone fluid was 0. 6 phr, the initial viscosity of the plastisol was lower, and when the content of the silicone fluid was 0. 4 phr, the viscosity stability of the plastisol was better.
