摘要
阐述了新型微光传感器件电子倍增CCD(EMCCD)的基本工作原理。分析了EMCCD与普通CCD、增强型CCD(ICCD)和电子轰击CCD(EBCCD)器件的优缺点,并对其微光探测能力和信噪比进行了比较。对比介绍当前国外EMCCD芯片及EMCCD摄像机类型,简述了EMCCD在军事、民用方面的应用前景。
The principle of Electron Multiplying level photo-electronic sensor, was described in Charge Coupled Device (EMCCD) , a new kind low-light detail. The advantages and disadvantages of EMCCD, ordinary CCD, Intensified CCD (ICCD) and Electron Bombed CCD (EBCCD) were studied, and their signal-to-noise ratio and low-light level detection capability were analyzed and compared with each other. Current domestic EMCCD chips and EMCCD based low-light level video cameras were compared with that from foreign countries. Applications of EMCCD in military and civil area were forecasted.
