摘要
采用立方体晶形沉淀碳酸钙替代部分煅烧土及进口瓷土生产涂布白底白纸板,研究表明:替代后涂料性能变化不大,纸张成本降低,白度增加,表面强度增加,印刷性能略有改善,但平滑度略微降低。
This paper introduces the application of cubic precipitated calcium carbonate in coated paperboard production. The results show that it has little effects on coating colors properties,and lower production cost,it also improves brightness,surface strength as well as printing properties by replacing part of clay and calcined kaolin,but the smoothness of coated paperboard decreased slightly.
