摘要
与传统化学机械法制浆相比,采用木聚糖酶预处理木片的生物化学机械法制浆,在改变磨浆过程中纤维分离的基础上,改善了最终纸浆的物理性能。这种生物制浆方法,提高了成纸的抗张指数、耐破度以及撕裂指数。纸页松厚度、不透明度、光散射系数有所下降。但木聚糖酶生物化学机械法制浆,减少了磨浆过程中纤维的任意断裂分离,纸浆中保留了更多的长纤维组分,细小组分含量降低,有利于成纸强度性能的提高。
The effect of xylanase pretreatment of eucalyptus wood chip on paper property was studied as well as fiber classification and fiber quality analysis. The results show that compared to traditional CTMP paper physical property, such as tensile, burst and tear index are improved due to xylan hydrolysis, although the bulk, opacity and scanning coefficient have a little bit decrease. The mechanical forces can easily split fibers, causing less damage to fiber length. This conclusion can also be supported by fiber quality analysis results.
