摘要
探讨了实验室自制超支化聚酯在漂白木浆抄纸中的应用条件,如助剂用量、反应时间、硫酸铝用量、浆料pH值、搅拌速度等对其增强效果的影响。结果表明,当聚合物用量为0.8%(对绝干浆)、pH值7.0、反应时间5min、硫酸铝用量为0.5%(对绝干浆)、搅拌速度150r·min-1时,纸页抗张指数和撕裂指数与未加助剂时相比分别增加了31.81%和31.55%。并分析了添加聚合物前后纸页的扫描电镜照片,对聚合物的增强机理做了初步探讨。
The application conditions of hyperbranched polyester made in lab, such as dosage of the polyester, reaction time, amount of aluminum sulfate, pH value of wood pulp and stirring speed on its reinforcing effect toward bleached wood pulp were explored. As a result compared to paper characteristics without hyperbranched polymer, tensile and tearing index of paper sheets of wood pulp were increased respectively by 31.81% and 31.55% at charge of the polymer 0.8% (on oven dry pulp), reaction time 5 min, pH value 7.0, dosage of aluminum sulfate 0.5%(on oven dry pulp) and stirring speed 150 r·min^-1. And its reinforcing mechanism toward bleached wood pulp was also explored elementarily by comparing photographs from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) between paper sheets with and without hyperbranched polymer treatments.
