摘要
生产活动的正常运转都应由计划调度安排控制。实际生产中有效的生产控制必须建立高效、满足动态要求的生产调度系统。在分析实际生产调度问题的基础上,讨论并建立了一种智能调度系统实用模型,并给出动态调度系统的运行过程与主要算法步骤。该系统成功地将仿真与智能方法有机结合,使系统在效果上和速度上满足生产控制的实际需要。此模型已实际应用于某航空企业的数控分厂。
The scheduling technique is very important to advanced manufacturing system. In this paper, the author proposes an intelligent dynamic scheduling technique, which employs artificial intelligence and simulation. The architecture, main processes and algorithms are discussed. This mode has been applied in an aerospace factory successfully.
