Review and Construction of China's Agriculture Reinsurance Systems──From the Angle of the US Agriculture Reinsurance

以《标准再保险协议》为主的农业再保险体系使美国农业保险取得举世瞩目的成就。源于多方面的原因,我国农业再保险目前基本上还是一片空白。我们可以以美国的《标准再保险协议》为主要蓝本,加大政府对农业再保险的支持,采取多种措施培养再保险人才,探索建立真正适合我国国情的农业再保险体系。

＂ Standard Reinsurance Agreement＂ is the most important law about agriculture reinsurance in the US ,which helps the agricultural insurance of the US obtain noteworthy achievements. Due to many causes, there is no agricultural insurance system in our country. We should take ＂Standard Reinsurance Agreement＂ of the US as the main sources, increase the support of the government for agricultural reinsurance, adopt many kinds of measures to train the experts of reinsurance, and explore establishing the agTieuhural reinsurance system which is truly suitable to Chinese conditions.
