摘要
在科技产业的国际分工中,台湾利用"后起者优势"占据了重要地位。台湾发展科技产业的方法和模式也因此引人注目。其发展的有效机制可归结为:科技投入与产出逐年增长、科技政策的辅助推动、产学合作促进产业科技化以及科学园区的集聚效应。
TaiWan has attached great importance to the international division of technology industry by latecomers dominance, which made a lot of developing countries and areas pay more attention to the method and model ofTaiWan devolping technology industry. Successful experiences are also expected to used for reference in those countries and areas. This essay summarizes the effective mechanism of developing technology industry as follows： rising technology input and output; technology policy assistance; cooperation of industry and university; gathering effect of science park.
