Creative conception and design of a new styled expansion contraction plug

作者创新构思并设计了一种冷拔钢管用新型堵头——胀缩式堵头，总结提出一种具有良好操作性的相似诱导移植创新法，适合用于机械创新设计课题；给出了这种新型堵头的一种结构及其工作原理和主要参数选择计算。

With creative conception the authors designed a kind of new styled plug—expansion contraction plug—used in cold drawing of steel pipes.We summarized and put forward a kind of creative method which possessing good operability for similar induced transplantation.This method is applicable to fit the designing problems of mechanical creation.This paper presents the structurs of this kind of new styled plug,the working principle and the selection method of main parameters.
