从外汇衍生品的作用过程的角度回顾泰国与香港金融危机,分析两国金融危机一负一胜的内在原因,探究外汇衍生品在两次金融危机中的作用途径和效果,总结外汇衍生品引发金融危机的一般过程,提出外汇衍生品的风险防范手段。

On the basis of researching the process of foreign exchange derivatives functioned during the financial crisis in Hong Kong and Thailand, the author analyzes the internal cause of two rather different results and explore their action pathway, then summarizes the general process of financial crisis by the result of foreign exchange derivatives and finally puts forwards the approaches of risk prevention.
