摘要
介绍了在V带传动实验台的基础上,研制的一套完整的集机械、微电子、软件编程技术三位一体的CAT/CAI系统。利用该系统实现了对扭矩、转速、传动效率、滑动系数的计算机辅助测试。并采用动态实时图象显示及在线数字屏幕输出技术,使传感器的调整安装简化,可在几分种内完成对带的不同载荷、不同预紧力、不同包角情况下的性能测试;该系统并已成功地移植到螺栓实验、滑动轴承实验及齿轮效率实验等实验设备上。
This system is developed on the basis of the mechanical system of V belt rig. It is a Computer Aided Testing(CAT) /Computer Aided Instruction(CAT) system which integratef mechanical, micro electronic and software engineering technology, and realizes CAT and curves drawing of torque, revolution, power and sliding coefficents. This system adpots the dynamic graphics and digital display on line technology,and makes the operation simple. Its properties can be tested in a few minutes. It solves the problems such as complex operating, low precision and inefficiency. It can be widely used in gear rig, screw rig and journal bearing rig.
