摘要
以特定杆件长度方向上的热变形变化量来定义材料的线膨胀系数,实际上是杆件长度方向上的热变形系数,因此存在原理误差:并且对于树脂水泥这样的复合材料,当所采用的沙粒直径较大时,根本无法用现有符合国标的测量设备来测量出其真实的平均线膨胀系数。本文分析了传统热膨胀系数测量方法的原理误差,并且提出了测量树脂水泥线膨胀系数的科学方法。
The coefficient of linear expantion of a material is defined as the lengthwise change of specific sample of that material. It has theretical error. These is no method for the determination of real average linear expantion of polymer concrete using existing measuring appliance which is up to national standard when it is made of top sand.The theoretical error of traditional determination for coefficient of linear expantion is analyzed in this paper and scientific method for measuring the coeffcient of linear expantion is presented.
