摘要
以信息熵和时频分析为基础,提出了一种用于大型回转机组运行瞬时稳定性定量监测的新指标:平稳熵。通过对模拟数据和实际现场数据的分析表明,平稳熵很好地反映出了机组运行瞬时各频率处的稳定性大小,为机组的智能化监测和诊断提供了一种平稳性的量化数据。
Based on the theory of information entropy and time frequency analysis,the paper puts forward a new criterion —steady entropy, which can be used for instant stability monitoring of large rotating machine sets operation. Analysis both for simulated and real measured data demonstrates that the proposedd criterion can well reveal the instant stability of machine sets at each frequency, further more it can also provide a numerical data of stability for intelligent monitoring and diagnosis.
