Our country had already past reform and opening about 30 years, the aim of taking a memorial activity is to further liberate thinking, strengthen the confidence and keep going socialism way with Chinese feature. Opening and reforming changed Heilongjiang deeply, it gives us a historical improvement. By carrying inspire northeast old industry base, Heilongjiang make efforts to promote economic structure and increasing manner reform, get some achievement as socialism economy building, politics building, culture building and society building. It can be confinned that the achievement was benefits form the opening thought , and in order to keep developing, we need open the thought continually.
