近年来江苏城市化发展特征、问题与对策

Jiangsu Urbanization Development Feature Problem and Countermeasure

1990年以来江苏城市化呈现人口向城镇聚集速度加快、城市化发展动力模式发生根本转换、城镇体系日趋合理等新特点;但也存在土地利用效率低、"土地城市化"速度过快、城市化区域差异显著等问题。为此应提出提高土地利用率、以都市圈为重点促进城市化、实施"三沿战略"、推动制度配套改革等对策。

This paper analyzes some new features such as that urbanized population in Jiangsu accelerate the speed of gather at the cities and towns, the dynamic mode of urbanization development is transformed fundamentally, the urban system is becoming more rational and so on, then points out some problems of urbanization development , such as that the efficiency of land use is low, ＂land urbanization＂ is quicker than ＂population urbanization＂ and the level of urbanization development has obvious regional differences. According to these problems, this paper puts forward some cotntermeasures and suggestions, including increasing land utilization; focusing on metropolis; carrying out ＂Three along the strategy＂, promoting the reform of household registration management system and its matching systems.
