摘要
促进国民经济又好又快发展,必须拥有大量高素质的专业技术人才和高素质的劳动者作为支撑。根据我国职业工人队伍构成的状况,应以科学发展观为指导,在借鉴发达国家经验的基础上,大力发展职业教育,加强人力资源的开发利用,提高劳动者的整体素质,以促进经济社会快速发展。
We should have a lot of labors with high qualities in developing economics in our country. According to the situation of workers in our country, I found we should develop the education of vocational ＆ technology and reinforce the usage of labor resource and promote the whole qualities of the work forces.
