康复护理对自发性气胸行胸腔镜手术患者早期康复的影响

Influence of rehabilitation nursing to the pulmonary function of the spontaneous pneumothorax patients after videoassisted thoracic surgery

目的观察康复护理对自发性气胸行电视胸腔镜术后患者早期康复的影响。方法选择行电视胸腔镜手术治疗的自发性气胸患者80例,随机分为康复干预组和对照组各40例。康复干预组除行术后常规护理外,还实施早期康复干预;对照组则行术后常规护理和非系统的功能锻炼。观察并比较2组术后并发症发生率、手术前后肺功能和生活质量评分。结果2组患者术后并发症发生率、肺功能改善情况及生活质量评分比较,均存在统计学差异(均P<0.05),其中康复组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,而术后第1秒肺活量及通气储量、术后生活质量评分均较对照组提高(均P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理能促进自发性气胸胸腔镜手术患者术后肺功能的早期康复,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the influence of rehabilitation nursing to the pulmonary function of the spontaneous pneumothorax patients after videoassisted thoracic surgery （VATS）. Methods Eighty patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after VATS were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in the contrast group and 40 in the rehabilitation group. The patients in the rehabilitation group received routine postoperative nursing and rehabilitation nursing, while the patients in the contrast group received routine postoperative nursing and self-training. The incidence of postoperative complications, the pulmonary function and the index of the quality of life of the patients on the seventh day after operation were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The 1st second breathing capacity, the ventilation reserve and the score of life quality were raised in the rehabilitation group than those in the contrast group on the seventh day after operation, while the occrrence rate of complications in the rehabilitation group was lower than that in the contrast group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing may play an important role in improving the pulmonary function and reducing postoperative complications in the patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after VATS. It may improve the life quality of the patients.
