缺血性脑卒中就诊时间对患者预后的影响及护理对策

Effect of the time to see a doctor on prognosis in patients with ischemic stroke

目的了解缺血性脑卒中患者就诊时间对疾病预后的影响,为采取有效的预防控制措施,改善患者的预后提供理论依据。方法通过回顾性查看入院记录和询问患者或家属,了解161例脑卒中住院患者就诊时间,并分析就诊时间与疾病预后的关系。结果就诊时间在起病后<6h入院患者与>6h后入院的各个时间段的患者预后比较,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论缺血性脑卒中患者预后与患者发病后能及时就诊密切相关。因此,医护工作者要认真做好脑卒中患者及家人对该病的危险因素、临床症状等的健康教育,对提高患者抢救成功率和降低致残率起着重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the influence of the time to see a doctor on prognosis in patients with ischemic stroke, and to provide the important basis for effective prevention measures. Methods The time to see a doctor was found out in 161 patients with ischemic stroke through reviewing resident admit note and inquiring patients＇ family members. The relationship between the time to see a doctor and the prognosis was analyzed. Result Significant differences were found in their prognosis between patients who visited a doctor within six hours after the onset and patients who visited a doctor beyond six hours after the onset. Conclusions There was close correlation between the prognosis in patients with ischemic stroke and the time patients see a doctor promptly. Therefore, health care workers should conscientiously provide health education for stroke patients and their families and inform them of the disease risk factors, clinical symptoms, which will play a very important role to improve survival rate and reduce morbidity.
