摘要 本文合成了水溶性复合硼酸酯添加剂,借助于四球试验考察了烷醇胺、醇、羧酸和硫化物对复合硼酸酯抗磨性能的影响。结果表明,烷醇胺是影响硼酸酯抗磨性能的主要因素;不同的醇所生成的硼酸酯其抗磨性能不同;硼酸酯与羧酸复合具有协同效应;含硫硼酸酯可进一步提高硼酸酯的抗磨性能。 The water soluble compound borates are synthesized as antiwear additive. The effect of alkylolamine, alcohol, fatty acid and sulphide on the antiwear properties of the compound borates is investigated by means of four - ball tester. It was found that alkylolamine is a main effect factor to the antiwear properties of borates, the borates synthesiecd with different alcohol are different from each other in antiwear property. It has synergism with fatty acid, the antiwear property can be increased remarkably by adding sulphides in the borates.
