摘要
本文介绍了一种以MCS-51单片机为核心的多功能智能电机保护装置。其主要设计思想是高可靠性、使用方便、性能价格比高,既能使电机在过载时获得有效保护,又使电机得到充分利用。文中论述了以热跟踪分析为理论基础的保护原理和基本算法,并叙述了装置的硬件电路和软件设计。
This paper presents an intelligent multi-function protection device based onMCS-51 single-chip-microcomputer and used in motor. It has some advantages such as highreliability, easy to use and high cost performance. When motor is overloaded, it is protectedby the protection device so that motor operates efficiently. This paper introduces protectionprinciple and basic algorithm based on heat-track analysis theory. In addition, hardware andsoftware designs for this device are described in this paper.
