Timely Construction of Socialistic Political Civilization with Chinese Characteristics

从我国社会主义现代化建设的实际出发,推进中国特色社会主义政治文明建设,应着眼于现代化建设全局,把握政治文明建设的进程;推进物质文明建设,增强社会主义政治文明建设的根本;加强社会主义文化建设与发展,奠定政治文明建设的基础;创新中国行政管理体制,提高政治文明建设的实效;加强社会主义民主制度建设,把握政治文明建设的关键。

Frora the perspective of the practice of socialist modernization building in China, this paper points out that the progress of constructing socialistic political civilization with Chinese characteristics should be focused on the overall modernization building while upholding the course of political civilization building. Material civilization building is the root of strengthening the socialistic political civilization building, and the construction and development of socialist culture is the foundation of political civilization building. The innovative system of administration in China can enhance the efficiency of political civilization building, and reinforcement of socialist democratic system can grasp the key to political civilization building.
