Functions and Mechanisms of the CYL in the Service of Coordinating Urban and Rural Developments

共青团组织是城乡统筹发展中的一支生力军和突击队,理应在职能发挥和机制建设两方面针对现存问题,结合时代要求和社会需要进行改革。实践中,应通过明确职能任务,加强机制建设等措施,促进团的发展,做好青年工作,更好的服务城乡统筹发展。

The CYL （Communist Youth League） has played a decisive role in the service of coordinating the urban and rural developments. The CYL would do the reform in the light of the requirements of the times and social needs, and improve the actualities especially in the two aspects of functioning and mechanisms. The CYL would promote its development and do a good job in youth work through the clear mandate of functions, strengthening mechanism oonstruetion and other measures, to serve to coordinate the urban and rural developments effectively.
