摘要
为了正确得出和验证磁性液体往复运动密封耐压公式,研究了磁性液体往复运动密封中磁性液体的运动机理,利用有限元法分析了密封件的磁场分布及静止耐压能力。利用磁性液体动力学的Navier-Stokes方程与电磁学中的麦克斯韦方程联立推导了磁性液体往复运动密封的耐压公式。在往复运动密封试验台上验证了转速、行程等参数对密封耐压能力的影响。
In order to acquire and verify the anti pressure formula of magnetic fluid reciprocating seal,the motion mechanism of magnetic fluid is studed during the magnetic fluid reciprocating seal.The distribution of magnetic field and anti pressure ability of seal pieces are analysed by using finite elementary way.The anti pressure formula of magnetic fluid reciprocating seal is reduced through combining Navier Stokes equation with Maxwell equation.The influence of revolution and stroke on the anti pressure ability is verified by using the test platform of magnetic fluid reciprocating seal.
