An Enterprise′s Agile Respose Scheme Based on QFD for Agile Manufacturing

提出了在企业良好的信息集成和产品结构优化基础上的面向敏捷制造的基于 QFD(质量功能配置 )方法的一种企业敏捷化反应模式 ,给出了一种判断是否进行企业间合作的方法——产品模块的外协合作判断表 。

The enterprise′s ability of agile re- spose to demand is becoming an important strat- egy of competition.A kind of agile resposscheme of enterprises with good information in- tegerity and productstructure optimization based on quality function deployment(QFD) is laid out in this paper.The authors provide a criteria for an enterprise to judge whether the enterprise needs to cooperate—— table of cooperation on product modules.The paper further discussed the process of enterprise′s agile response under such a scheme supported by process management and concurrent engineering.
