摘要
根据人工神经网络系统的非线性动力学特性提出了体现敏捷、柔性的企业学习组织思路。并结合实证研究 。
This paper proposes an organiza-tion mode refects agile and flexible nature,ac- cording to the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of artifical neural network systems.Combined with the empirical researches,the paper formu- lates a business reengineering theory framework in which organization context is integrated with managing behaviors and which refects neural network mechanism.
