摘要
阐明制造过程与生命现象之间的相似之处 :基于自组织机制的有序化、基于信息模型的个体复制 ,以及通过进化过程形成的高度适应性。论述仿生制造的基本内涵 ,指出现代制造科学应该从生命现象及生命科学中学习与借鉴的主要内容 ,它们包括完善的信息技术、由基因控制的生长型的加工成形方法、性能超群的有机材料、奇妙的生物智能、高效的寻优与趋优方法 ,以及先进的组织结构和运行模式。提出关于加强学科间的联合 。
Bionics manufacturing will be the new generation of manufacturing technology in the next century.The main similarities between biological phenomena and manufacturing pro- cesses are discussed at first,and their common features are summarized as selforganization- based ordering,informatiion model- based indi- vidual duplication and adaptation resulted from an evolution process.On the basis of these,the significance of bionics manufacturing is ex- plained and the main points that manufacturing science must learn from biological phenomena and life science are pointed out as:perfect infor- mation technique,gene- directed growing pro- cessing and forming technique,outstanding or- ganic materials,marvellous biological intelli- gent,higheffective methodology of optimization and advanced organization architecture and oper- ation mode.Finally,a proposal for jointly pro- moting the research on bionics manufacturing technology is presented.
