摘要 以自行研制的金刚石超精密机床为研究对象,介绍一种以386工业控制计算机为主机,以数字信号处理器TMS320C25(DSP)为控制计算机的开放型主从模块化控制系统结构,并以此结构为基础对超精密机床的X、Z轴的定位与联动控制技术进行了研究与探讨。阐述此控制系统的设计原理以及机床高精度定位与跟踪控制的控制方法,并对其实验进行分析。 Based on the ultra-precision machine tools in NUDT, an open CNC system for Windows is introduced. This CNC system adopts two hierarchical architecture. The master is an industrial IPC386 and the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320C25 is the slave. By the above CNC system,the positioning & tracking control of the ultra-precision machine tools is studied. This paper describes the design principle of the CNC system and the high precision positioning & tracking control strategy. Finally, the servo performance of the ultra-precision machine tools is tested and analyzed.
