摘要
在模锻过程可视化研究中,提出采用混合单元模型及整体优化变形速度场的方法对模锻过程进行上限元法模拟。介绍该方法的基本思想、数学模型及处理过程。由于考虑了模锻斜度,并对金属变形体的边界速度与流动模式进行了优化,使得该方法具有更高的精度及更广泛的适用性。
This paper presents a new method which uses the mixed-unit model and optimizes the global velocity field in the visualization research of die forging process. The main idea,the mathematic model and the dealing process are introduced. ffecause the draft angle is taken into consideration and the method optimizes both the boundary velocity and the deformation pattern of the metal,the method is more accurate and can be used more widely.
