摘要
本文对研制的新型高温合金(3YC52)的抗氧化性能进行了系统的研究,温度有1100℃、1300℃及1350℃,时间达2500h,同时用目前文献报道的国外两种能在1260℃和1300℃使用的合金Alloy214、ЭИ747和常用的GH3030、GH3039、Inconel600合金作对比实验。结果表明,研制的新型合金具有比上述合金更优的抗氧化性能,高温力学性能显示出该新合金同时还具有较高的高温强度。通过现场实际使用考核,研制的新型合金是一种理想的金属保护管材料。
The oxidation resistance behavior of a new type Ni-Fe-Cr-Al based superalloy (3YC52) was investigated at 1100℃,1300℃ and 1350℃ for 2500h. Compared with the Alloy 214, ЭИ747 which could be used at 1260℃,1300℃ and the commonly used alloys such as GH3030,GH3039, Inconel 600,the results showed that the oxidation resistance behavior of the new developed superalloy was much better than that of the above alloys.Furthermore, the new developed superalloy also possessed higher mechanical strength at high temperature. Insite use and tests showed that the new developed superalloy was an ideal material for protective tube.
